After 45 years in sales, Charlie decided to create a new experience for himself utilizing his multi-faceted sales skills in real estate. Charlie’s success is rooted in the concept of serving as a business partner to his clients, which includes listening and communicating well, problem solving, and creating an environment of trust. Nothing short of total client satisfaction makes Charlie happier, and he dedicates himself to this sincere pursuit with his committed personal work ethic and effort. Charlie joined The Shipley Group in 2019, and he is pleased to be part of a team that represents his personal and business values.
Charlie served the home furnishings industry in sales and management with distinction winning multiple sales and professional awards throughout his storied career. The furniture industry even named an award in his honor upon his retirement. Now he brings these skills to his real estate career where his goal is to bring buyers and sellers happiness as they invest in their real estate dreams.
A native Floridian, Charlie is active in community and serves as a volunteer for many organizations, including the Howey Mens Club and as a Board Member for Fresh Start Ministries, which provides drug and alcohol addiction counseling.
In his free time, Charlie can be found on the golf course with this wife, visiting with his three children or attending the constant activities of his eight grandchildren.
