Beyond real estate, Hailey’s heart for service shines through her volunteer work as a mentor with Take Stock in Children, where she guides two high school students through their academic and personal journeys. “I love being that person I wish I’d had in high school,” she says. “Someone who listens, understands and helps you find your way.” When she’s not working with clients, Hailey enjoys boating on the Harris Chain of Lakes, golfing with her dad, exploring local farmers markets and shopping small to support the community she loves.
